Inclusivity and Cultural Competency Session
Organizations are quick to speak about inclusion; the bigger question is, how are we including each
other, and into what culture? In this workshop, we collaborate with organizations using their team
norms to establish healthy inclusivity while allowing team members to thrive and acculturate.
Understanding the cultural dynamics of an organization is paramount in ensuring team members
succeed. The training covers race, religion, LGBTQIA, body positivity, and more.

Community Circle

Participants deepen trust and relational tissue within their teams. Teams practice the skill of listening
and curiosity. In this space, they ask questions they’ve been seeking answers to related to organizational
culture and their feeling of belonging.
